When will I need to settle payment in full for a birthday party?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking (100% for SuperSquad Packages). Final numbers and payment must be confirmed a minimum of 7 days prior to your booking (1 day prior for SuperSquad Packages). If you need to adjust your guest list after your final numbers are locked in, contact us at least 48 hours before the party and we'll do our best to accommodate the change. Changes on the day of the party may not be possible, since catering is prepared days in advance — the earlier you let us know, the better chance we have to adjust.
