When do I need to give the final guest details for my private hire event?

Please share with the final details 10 days before the event date, including a full guest list and ages of all party attendees. If you need to adjust your guest list after your final numbers are locked in, contact us at least 48 hours before the party and we'll do our best to accommodate the change. Changes on the day of the party may not be possible, since catering is prepared days in advance — the earlier you let us know, the better chance we have to adjust.
