Yes, all participants must have a valid waiver signed before entering the play area. Once signed, your waiver covers you for 12 months.
All guests entering SuperPark to participate in any activities must complete a digital Waiver Form before entering the Play Area. This includes all birthday party guests, private hire guests and event guests. This is a mandatory requirement for safety purposes, and helps us ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone. Once signed, your waiver covers you for 12 months, so you will not have to resign a waiver for multiply visits.
Where can I sign a waiver?
There are multiple places you can sign your waiver. We recommend completing your waiver online ahead of time;
1. You will be given a waiver form straight after you book online.
2. A waiver link is emailed to you with your tickets.
3. You can complete the Waiver Form page. Simply visit the and follow the steps.
4. Scanning a QR codes at the check-in kiosk.
For Minors:
Guests under the age of 18 will need a parent or legal guardian to complete and sign the waiver form on their behalf.
Spectators:
Adults entering the Play Area using a Spectator Pass (even if not participating) are still required to sign a waiver, as they’ll be within an active play zone.
Café Guests:
Adults who remain solely in the SuperPark café or viewing areas, and do not enter the Play Area, do not need to complete a waiver. You’re welcome to relax while keeping an eye on your little adventurers!
